Approach

Understand the use before confirming the product.

Our approach is based on understanding intended use, specification, compatibility, quantity, availability and the working environment before confirming suitable products.

The right technology is the technology that fits the work.

What we do

Seven working principles

  1. 01 COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGY SUPPLY

RenewIT Systems supplies computers, IT hardware, peripherals, displays, servers, storage, networking products, collaboration equipment, office technology, components and software to businesses and professional organisations. The company sits between consumer hardware retail and strategic IT consultancy: practical commercial supply, with the requirement considered properly before anything is proposed.

  2. 02 PRODUCT SELECTION

Selection starts with intended use rather than a catalogue. What the equipment is for, who uses it, what it runs and where it lives usually narrow the options faster than any specification comparison. The most expensive specification is not automatically the right specification.

  3. 03 COMPATIBILITY

A product can be entirely capable and still be the wrong answer for a particular environment. Ports, power, physical space, existing systems, software requirements and the operating environment are reviewed before purchase rather than discovered after delivery.

  4. 04 PROCUREMENT

Requirements are translated into a specification, sourced against real availability, compared where alternatives are worth considering, and then confirmed in writing — model, quantity, lead time and warranty where applicable — before an order proceeds.

  5. 05 BULK REQUIREMENTS

Where the same requirement repeats — new starters, a growing department, a new location, a replacement programme — an agreed standard package makes the quantity question straightforward. Specify once, then procure at whatever quantity the business actually needs.

  6. 06 REFRESH

Replacement programmes work better when they replace what has genuinely aged rather than everything of the same age. Reviewing by requirement usually reduces both the quantity purchased and the disruption of changing it.

  7. 07 TRANSPARENCY

Products, model numbers, specifications, pricing, quantities, compatibility, availability, lead times and warranties where applicable are confirmed individually for each quotation or order. Nothing on this website is a live price, a stock position or a delivery commitment.

Scope

What RenewIT Systems is not

Being clear about scope avoids wasted time on both sides. RenewIT Systems is a commercial technology supplier. The following are not offered, and nothing on this website should be read as offering them.

  • Managed service provider
  • Cloud consultancy
  • Cybersecurity consultancy
  • Software development agency
  • Network installer
  • IT outsourcing business

Installation, deployment, configuration, migration, managed IT support, network installation, monitoring, cybersecurity services, backup services, asset disposal and secure data erasure are not included with a supply arrangement and are not implied anywhere on this site.

Procurement transparency

Six things a quotation should make unambiguous.

Most procurement disputes come from something that was assumed rather than stated. These six fields are confirmed in writing for every quotation.

  • 01

    MODEL & SPECIFICATION

What is actually being supplied, stated as a specific model and specification rather than a category.

  • 02

    QUANTITY

How many units the quotation covers, and what happens if that number changes.

  • 03

    COMPATIBILITY

What the equipment has been reviewed against, and what remains the customer’s responsibility to confirm.

  • 04

    AVAILABILITY

Whether the item is obtainable against the required timeframe, and how long that position holds.

  • 05

    WARRANTY WHERE APPLICABLE

The manufacturer or supplier terms attached to the specific product, stated rather than implied.

  • 06

    DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

What has been agreed for that order, confirmed individually rather than promised in advance.
