The information on this website is general and is provided for guidance only. It is not a quotation, an offer to supply, a catalogue of stock or a statement of availability.

Diagrams, configurations, equipment packages, quantity examples and specification fields shown anywhere on this site are illustrative. They do not represent real inventory, real pricing, real product data or a fixed equipment list.

Quotations and pricing

• Quotations are confirmed individually for each requirement.
• Prices may change before a quotation is confirmed.
• A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it.
• Nothing is treated as agreed until a quotation is confirmed in writing.
• No volume discount structure, price list or pricing commitment is offered on this website.

Availability and specifications

• Product availability may change at any time, including after a quotation is issued.
• Product specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without notice.
• Model availability may change, and a model may be discontinued or superseded.
• Where a quoted item becomes unavailable we will say so and, where possible, propose an alternative.
• No stock holding, stock quantity or live inventory position is represented anywhere on this website.

Compatibility and intended use

Compatibility depends on the customer's environment. A product may be technically capable and still be unsuitable for a particular set of conditions.

• Customers should verify that a product is suitable for its intended use before confirming an order.
• Compatibility should be confirmed against the intended environment before purchase.
• Compatibility is not guaranteed in advance, and no guarantee of compatibility is given.
• Where we comment on compatibility, we do so on the basis of the information supplied to us.

Warranties and manufacturer terms

Warranties depend on the terms set by the manufacturer or supplier of the specific product supplied. Where a warranty applies, its scope, duration and claim route are determined by those terms and are confirmed at the point of quotation.

Third-party manufacturers, distributors, software providers and service providers may have separate terms, warranties, licensing conditions, availability and support arrangements. RenewIT Systems does not extend, replace or underwrite those terms.

Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer, where those rights apply.

Software licensing

• Software licences depend on the terms set by the relevant provider.
• Third-party subscriptions may apply, and may renew on the provider's terms.
• Software availability, editions and licensing models may change.
• Licence eligibility, user or device counts and transfer rules are set by the provider.
• Software implementation, deployment, configuration and migration are not included.

Delivery and lead times

• Delivery timing is subject to confirmation for each order.
• Lead times are indicative and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• No next-day, same-day or nationwide delivery commitment is offered on this website.
• Delivery arrangements, including location and access requirements, are agreed per order.

Equipment performance

Equipment performance depends on workload, environment, configuration, other system components and manufacturer specifications. No specific level of performance, productivity improvement or cost saving is guaranteed.

Services not included

Unless separately quoted and agreed in writing, the following are not included with any supply:

• Installation and physical fitting.
• Deployment, imaging and device configuration.
• Data migration and data transfer.
• Network design, cabling works and commissioning.
• Asset disposal, recycling, WEEE handling and secure data erasure.
• Managed IT services, helpdesk support, monitoring and on-site engineering.
• Cybersecurity services and backup services.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate requirement information, including quantities, compatibility requirements, the existing environment, delivery details and the intended use of the equipment. Quotations are prepared on the basis of the information supplied.

Liability

Commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, RenewIT Systems Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from equipment being unsuitable for a use that was not disclosed to us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The content, design, diagrams and branding on this website belong to RenewIT Systems Limited unless otherwise stated. Photographic imagery is used under the Unsplash licence and remains the property of the respective photographers. Atmospheric imagery is generated and is conceptual: it does not depict RenewIT Systems premises, staff, customers, stock, products or completed projects.

No manufacturer, vendor, distributor or software provider names, logos or brand relationships are used on this website, and none are implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
